As a Medicare Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with their Medicare-related needs. This role entails providing consultative guidance to clients who reach out via phone calls or emails, ensuring they understand their Medicare options and assisting them in selecting appropriate plans.

We are seeking a patient and empathetic individual who can effectively communicate complex information in a clear and understandable manner.

This position is open due to the retirement of a valued team member who has been with us for over 10 years.

The salary is $65,000-$85,000.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls and emails from prospective Medicare clients.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' healthcare needs and preferences.
• Guide clients through the enrollment process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required documentation.
• Build rapport and trust with clients by providing personalized recommendations based on their individual circumstances.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare regulations, plan options, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Bachelor 's degree preferred, but not required.
• Strong experience with Medicare plans is required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and empathetic approach to client interactions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer skills and CRM software.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
