NoJo Baby & Kids, Inc., a leader in infant and toddler bedding/room dcor is searching for a strong leader in its Sales department. The Vice President of Sales is a critical role and drives the future of the company. This pivotal role will lead the sales function in strategic planning, e-business sales, and budgets for the company's sales division. Other duties include:

• Provides leadership and partnership across all company depts/teams, including corporate/subsidiary companies leadership.
• Delivers overall top line sales performance matrix keeping within the set budget plan for new and existing customers.
• Develops long-range strategies to grow NoJo division sales and provides sales expectations to their team.
• Establishes strong partnership with Internal teams including Operations, Procurement and Design.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with e-commerce partners and licensors.
• Spearheads process improvement for all aspects of sales.
• Contributor of ideas for marketing and social media.
• Analyzes activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine Sales Department goals and objectives.
• Work with operations to manage the inventory levels, closing out/slow moving, and discontinued products.
• Establish a regular cadence of e-commerce accounts inventory flow for all 1P and 3P accounts.
• Key contributor of developing and enforcing company policies.
• Duties and responsibilities could be added, deleted, or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing.

Requirements

• A qualified candidate will have over 8 years of experience in progressive sales roles. Preferably in infant and/or toddler lines.
• BA/BS Degree in Business or related field. MBA or Masters degree preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of reporting/presentation software, with an emphasis with MS Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
