Full description of the position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

You will ultimately be accountable for the performance of your territory, so we need someone with strong leadership and motivational skills. Candidates must have extensive experience in direct sales and direct sales management.

Requirements and Qualifications

• MUST HAVE experience managing a direct sales team (B2C or B2B team)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• References from previous managers / team members
• Previous track record of helping others get promoted / grow
• Flexibility to travel

Duties and Responsibilities

• Run a profitable territory and sales team
• Hire and train representatives throughout your territory
• Partnering with in house recruiting team to hire and retain Sales Representatives
• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Set and exceed sales goals
• Analyze data to adjust sales strategies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Travel requirement:

• Travel
• Up to 25% travel

Experience:

• B2C / B2B Sales Management: 1 year (Required)
