Job Description: Authorized Grove, Manitowoc, National and Potain Crane distributor seeks motivated, dependable and accurate individual for parts sales and inventory maintenance for Manchester, CT based office.

Job functions include, but are not limited to:

- Assisting customers in the shop, via phone or via email with parts inquiries and purchases

- Assisting with internal orders and fulfilling needs of other departments and branches

- Evaluating and updating stock orders based on current sales numbers

- Inventory maintenance and organization

- Shipping and receiving parts orders

Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail are required. Applicant must be proficient in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft outlook, word and excel, as well as have strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience with construction and equipment parts would be preferred but not necessary.
