Overview: EagleView is hiring a Sales Analyst. Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Support, the Sales Analyst will play a crucial role in opportunity/pipeline hygiene, data analysis, reporting, Salesforce support, and sales process improvement initiatives to maximize revenue generation.
Responsibilities:- Create and maintain regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and other relevant metrics to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Invest in identifying areas of improvement and managing/delivering ad-hoc projects pertaining to sales operations and related areas to drive value
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce.com providing guidance and support to the sales team and collaborating with Salesforce Administrators to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or similar field
- 1-3 years experience in dashboarding, data visualization, and reporting with tools such as Power BI and [please apply online] 1-3 years experience with Excel, SQL, and manipulating large data sets in a database
- Strong problem solving and collaboration skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a track record of supporting a variety of stakeholders
PREFERRED
- Highly analytical and with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Passionate about your work, detail-oriented, and have excellent problem-solving abilities
- Have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business and technical challenges, with the ability to work cross-functionally
The compensation offered to the successful candidate will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidates work experience, education and licenses, work-related training, key skills, the core duties of the role and its associated responsibilities, additional benefits offered, and the location where the work will be performed. All Fulltime (30+ hours) employees are eligible for PTO, Sick and Parental Leave; Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance; 401(k) Plan; Health Savings Account and Health Reimbursement Accounts; Life Insurance; Employee Assistance Program. This is a full-time, hybrid position with an hourly pay range of $27.00 - $37.50/hour.
