Job Overview:
We are seeking a licensed, highly motivated customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service/Sales Associate for Lighthouse Insurance. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, both in English and in Spanish. Your primary duties will include communicating with customers, discussing coverages and policy changes, and helping customers obtain new insurance policies at our Broken Arrow location.

Duties:
- Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and through email
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and resolve any issues
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products or services
- Assist with data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times no matter the attitude of the client

Skills:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Experience with outbound calling or sales is a plus
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office
