Kitchen & Countertop Center of New England (KCCNE) has over 8,000 sq. ft. of beautiful showroom space, and the largest onsite stone yard in RI displaying an extensive selection of granite and quartz. We are the leading, most dynamic kitchen and bath remodeling organization in Southeastern New England. Regardless of the scope of the project, KCCNE handles all phases of the process, including remodeling design, countertop fabrication, and installation. We have an excellent opportunity available for a highly motivated Sales Representative to handle our countertop sales. This job opening is ideal for the individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented and creative environment. • Compensation includes base hourly wage plus commissions.

This is a full-time position that currently covers five weekdays: The five days includes Saturdays with one week-day off. There is also an opportunity for additional hours if we need coverage for special sales events, etc.

Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Handle the entire front-end countertop sales process along with our sales team

Using your interpersonal skills and market insight, youll identify and cultivate prospective clients, and tailor our countertop products and services to meet the needs of existing prospects and customers

Advise customers of our full remodel process for kitchens and baths

Build relationships by maintaining open lines of communication for future sales opportunities

Required Education and Work Experience

High school diploma or equivalent

Some college or Associate degree preferred

Minimum of two years customer service/sales

Previous employment in sales where you have successfully turned prospects into customers

Effective written, oral communication and presentation skills

Well-developed persuasion and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to build rapport with prospective and existing customers
