Full description of the position

Position Title: Call Center Manager

Pay:$75,000 annually

Hours:

Full-Time

8am - 5pm

There is a very light need for the after hours support from 5-8:30pm but nevertheless, we need the person to be willing to make themselves available if/when those situations come up.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience: The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record with at least 2 years of experience in a management role, demonstrating their expertise in this field.

  • Background Check & Drug Test: Clear background check and successful completion of drug test required.
  • Physical Presence: Ability to work in the office full time.
  • Remote Presence: Ability to take escalation and overflow calls in addition to providing support to the Call Center Team as needed after hours on working days.
  • Fluent in speaking English and effectively communicate with our clients, team members, vendors, etc.

Summary:

The Call Center Manager is responsible for the efficient and autonomous functioning of the Call Center at The Water Heater Company. This role includes overseeing daily operations and providing general support to the team, preparing and facilitating staff performance evaluations, implementing strategies for operational improvement, and ensuring top-notch customer service. The Call Center Manager handles escalated issues to minimize and resolve customer conflicts, enforce quality standards, and maintain compliance by upholding all applicable laws, company policies, and procedures.

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
