Full description of the position

Job Description:

Looking for a licensed professional to join a team for a sales/customer service position. Must be self-motivated, organized, fast learner, goal oriented, and reliable. Must have at least 2 years sales experience, be able to handle a fast pace work environment along with staying very organized.

Job Duties:

-Prospect for new business from insurance leads provided.

-Prepare, quote, and perform closing of all prospective leads.

-Achieve weekly and monthly goals

-Service existing policies and maintain regular contact with customers to build retention.

-Work in a team environment of sales professionals

Job Benefits:

-Hourly plus commission

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
