Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a B2B Conversational AI Sales Representative. As the primary point of contact for our innovative Conversational AI packages, you will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our business.

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our newest Conversational AI packages in the B2B market.
Identify and target potential clients through market research and analysis.

Client Relationship Management:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within B2B organizations.
Understand clients' business needs and align Conversational AI solutions to address those needs effectively.

Product Knowledge and Expertise:Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and advancements in Conversational AI technology.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of our newest Conversational AI packages and effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.

Consultative Selling:Adopt a consultative sales approach, understanding client pain points and customizing Conversational AI solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Provide insights and recommendations to clients on how Conversational AI can enhance their business operations.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and value of our Conversational AI packages.
Effectively communicate technical aspects in a clear and understandable manner.

Negotiation and Closing:Lead negotiations and finalize contractual agreements with clients.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Provide valuable input from client interactions to shape future product enhancements.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts.
Provide regular updates and reports to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or AI industry.
  • Strong understanding of Conversational AI technology and its applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
