Full description of the position

Sourcing/prospecting new lead

Conduct inbound and outbound sales activities, including cold calling and lead generation, to acquire new customers.

Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities, upsell existing accounts

Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information by email/phone call

Keeping up with product and service information and updates

Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers

Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services

Staying informed about competing products and services

Upselling products and services

Closing sales and achieving sales targets

Job Requirements:

5+ years inside/outside sales experience HIGHLY PREFERRED

Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Experience in the auto industry/auto detailing industry A PLUS!

High school diploma/GED

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Proficiency in CRM software such as Insightly

Proficiency in inventory software such as Finale Inventory

Proficiency with Apple products

Proficiency with Google applications such as Gmail and Google Drive

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask

Excellent phone and cold calling skills

Exceptional customer service skills

Strong listening and sales skills

Ability to achieve targets

Occasional out of state travel for expos/conventions/shows

Working knowledge of sales processes

Willingness to leave work site to source/prospect new leads

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $6,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
