ARW Home is looking for experienced Telephone Sales Representatives to join our team.

• High call volume setting. ~ 200+ calls/ day in a quick sale cycle environment.
• Experienced closing sales. One call close.
• Approx. 80% outbound calling warm leads.
• Pay: $16/hour with aggressive commission plan, bonus, spiffs. Total comp $50,000.00 - $100,000.00+ per year. No cap on commissions.

Will work total 40 hour work week based on the business needs. 5 days a week, 8 hour shift.

Must be available days and hours:

• Monday - Friday from 11:30am-10pm EST
• Saturdays & Sundays from 10am - 5 pm EST

Our Sales Representatives will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
• Close sales and achieve quotas
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
• Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
• Perform effective online demos to prospects

Skills

• Proven inside sales experience
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Must have computer requirements before starting:

• Windows PC running Windows 8, 8.1 or 10 (NO Macs or Chromebooks)
• 2.1 GHz Processor or better (Intel: i5-4440 or better, AMD: Ryzen 3 or better)
• 8 GB of RAM or more
• 120+ GB SSD (recommended) or HDD, with 20 GB Available Free Space
• A minimum of two available USB ports
• Integrated or connectable webcam
• Monitor with a recommended resolution of 1920x1080, minimum resolution of 1366x768
• Wired Keyboard/Wired Mouse

• Current anti-virus/spyware software installed at all times (Windows Security is fine)
