We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Representative to join our team at OSGO HOME. As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include receiving payments, executing the sales plan provided by management, maximizing the average purchase per customer, and minimizing the number of customers that visit the store and do not purchase.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that all policies, procedures, guides, and training programs are met and supervising and ensuring that the performance of the staff is executed according to established programs. Additionally, you will be expected to attend meetings, form a skilled and committed team, and take on additional tasks assigned by management.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in sales, fluency in English and Spanish, and the ability to work under pressure. You must be able to listen effectively, demonstrate strong logistics skills, and possess excellent problem analysis and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive payments by cash, credit card, debit, and checks.
• Execute the sales plan provided by management.
• Maximize the average purchase per customer and minimize the number of customers that visit the store and do not purchase.
• Ensure that all policies, procedures, guides, and training programs are met.
• Supervise and ensure that the performance of the staff is executed according to established programs.
• Attend meetings when your presence is required.
• Form a skilled and committed teamwork to reach the company goals.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in sales.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent problem analysis and decision-making skills.
• Strong logistics and organizational skills.
• Ability to listen effectively.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Customer service-oriented.

Salary: Hourly rate plus commission.

Pay: $9.00 - $40.00 per hour
