Product Specialist

We are looking for an outgoing individual who is ready join one of the top-rated dealers in Southern Wisconsin as a product specialist!

No experience necessary - we are looking for an outgoing and energetic individual who is willing to train and learn automotive sales. If you've got a knack for sales, or excel at personal relations, we'd love to hear from you!

The product specialist position is an hourly position with a monthly bonus structure.

Responsibilities:

Inform customers on sale & leasing options

Facilitate the buying process by effectively guiding customers through the process

Thoroughly understand and be able to communicate vehicle options and warranties

Assist in effectively merchandising vehicles

Manage inventory folders

Assist in moving vehicles on the lot

Facilitate sales to service transitions

Follow up and maintain relations with current and potential customers

Complete all dealership & manufacturer required training

Pick up customer vehicles as requested for service

Requirements:

Valid Drivers license

Excellent communication skills

Customer Service Oriented

Goal Driven

Organized

Positive Attitude & ability to be outgoing and friendly

Flexible Schedule

Customer Relations Management skills

Computer Literate
