Our group of incredible visionaries and craft-people provide design-build solutions for residential and commercial interiors and exteriors.
Currently we are looking for a junior level sales professional for our Southern Staircase / Image Design Stairs market in Nashville, TN. This market is experiencing explosive growth in new construction residential properties, and we need a well-connected, top performer to help grow and nurture an already strong market.
To be a successful Sales Representative with us you will work with different segments:
Sales:
- Develop and maintain current product knowledge to present to customers.
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients within the production home building industry, remodelers, and home improvement.
- Responsible for overall sales of the assigned territory.
Customer Service:
- Ensure customers have adequate marketing materials to support sales, including samples, brochures, and other collateral supplies.
- Manage customer relationships by resolving client concerns, ensuring customers are set up in CRM System, providing price quotes, scheduling weekly visits, etc.
- Attend marketing events and builder meetings as required.
Business Intelligence:
- Prepare action plans to identify specific targets and project the number of contracts to be made utilizing company provided sales tools as well as cold calling.
- Collaborate with Southern Staircase Corporate staff as needed to accomplish goals.
- Works with General Manager, sales team, and marketing to execute business strategy for all customer segments in the area.

Qualifications:
- Background in Carpentry, Design, or Engineering
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Smartsheets preferred
- Ability to understand architectural drawings
- Knowledge of AutoCad and 3D Modeling a plus
- An understanding of the residential process and industry
- Strong technical knowledge with a flair for design
