[please apply online] Description: We are looking for a Territory Sales Account Manager to join our growing team and earn an unlimited amount with our no cap commission. The ideal candidate for this position is self-motivated and has a strong entrepreneurial spirit. As a Territory Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities within your designated territory. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure that sales targets are met and that our customers are satisfied with our products and services. We value work-life balance. A typical schedule will be M- F.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Provide market feedback and insights to the company to improve products and services.
- Continuously improve your product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements:
- MUST HAVE OUTSIDE SALES EXPERIENCE
- Knowledge of the construction industry preferred
- Knowledge of a CRM system or Asset Management System.
- Strong entrepreneurial traits and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as required.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
