Full description of the position

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and administrative skills, as well as knowledge of real estate law and property management.

Duties:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Provide guidance and assistance to clients throughout the entire real estate transaction process
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values
- Create and maintain a database of properties for sale or rent
- Negotiate deals on behalf of clients
- Prepare and review contracts, leases, deeds, and other legal documents
- Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and other necessary services
- Stay up-to-date with real estate laws and regulations

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Knowledge of real estate law and property management
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong negotiation skills

Requirements:
- Active Real Estate License

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
