Andersen Material Handling is the exclusive dealer for Raymond Electric Forklifts a Toyota Industries Company, the market leader. We are THE trusted provider of material handling solutions, equipment, and customer support for Northern Ohio.

We are seeking a high energy, successful and seasoned Sales Professional with a proven track record and measurable sales performance. Primary responsibilities will include the sale of new, used, or rebuilt material handling equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop a sales business plan with management that ensures the attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Responsible for all sales activity within the specified territory.
• Prospecting, cold calling, lead follow-up, negotiation,and closing.
• Deliver sales presentations with customized solutions to key clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with all levels within customer and prospect organizations.
• Maintain sales volume and product mix by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently.
• The ability to think critically and creatively within a fast-paced sales environment.
• Sales professional with 3+ years experience and a proven track record with achievement in sales growth and new business development.
• Passionate about the science and art of selling.
• Insatiable drive to succeed.
• Strong presentation and organizational skills.
• Ideal candidate will have experience in the material handling industry.
• No over-night travel required.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethic codes.
• Bachelors degree, preferably in business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, professional selling, or related business program. Equivalent experience will be considered.
