Who We're Looking For:

• No Experience Necessary: While sales experience is a plus, we'll provide the training you need to thrive in the role.

What You'll Do:

Roofing

• Attend training in office and in the field for the first month
• Meet at our office for weekly sales meetings and work with your supervisor regularly for ongoing training
• Meet with prospective clients (inbound and outbound), inspecting the exterior and sometimes interior of homes for storm damage
• Sign preliminary contracts with clients and meet with insurance adjusters to show them storm damage
• Maintain a positive and open line of communication with your clients throughout their relationship with SmartRoof

Solar

• Go through our 2-week solar sales fastrack launch
• Set appointments for homeowners interested in solar
• Become an expert in renewable energy and the benefits of solar
• Learn how to close solar deals through the #1 and #2 most effective method
• Attend daily team meetings

Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
