Pay Plan
25% Front-end Commission ($250 Minimum Commission)
30% Front-end Commission at 15+ Units
8% Back-end Commission

$250 Hat Trick Bonus (3 in 1 Day)
$500 Street Purchase Bonus (Buy vehicle off street from customer.)
Multiple other bonuses opportunities for old age units or competitions.

Location:
Hope Auto Ford: 1400 N Hervey Hope, AR
Hope Auto Chevrolet GMC: 1700 N Hervey Hope, AR

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to management.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal) is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
