Full description of the position

Martin Marietta is currently looking for a motivated self-starter to join our Finance team as a Sales Auditor for our Upper Midwest Regional office, out of Maple Grove, Minnesota. This position would be primarily responsible for processing aggregate sales tickets for our locations in Minnesota and north-central Iowa.

Responsibilities:

Prepare tickets for billing and release tickets

Provide related invoicing assistance, process credit and corrections on APEX

Research taxability of orders

Works with all aspects of billing cycle

Support Scale Clerks at points-of-service with all areas of applications

Maintain in-house log of sales tax exemption forms, cash sales reconciliation and SOX compliance reconciliation reporting

Additional duties as required

Requirements:

0-2 Years Related Experience

Experience with JDE, MS Office (Excel/Word)

Attention to Detail

Ability to Multi-Task

Strong Organizational Skills

Customer Service Focus

Associates Degree Strongly Preferred

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position in an office setting. Typical hours are Monday Friday 7:00 AM 4:00 PM, but hours are flexible.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
