Patient Experience Coordinator (PEC) Sales Leader in Plastic Surgery Practice Location: Spring, TX

Our premier plastic surgery practice, nestled in the heart of Spring, TX, is on the hunt for a sales expert to fill the pivotal role of Patient Experience Coordinator (PEC). The ideal candidate will reside within a 20-minute commute of our office, ready to take on a dynamic patient care coordination role bolstered by a robust sales acumen to aid our expanding medical establishment.

Lead by a nationally recognized board-certified plastic surgeon, our facility prides itself on thousands of aesthetic transformations that exude natural elegance. We are a family-oriented practice with a dedication to facial, breast, and body enhancements, ensuring every outcome resonates with our down-to-earth culture.

Your prowess in cultivating relationships and your zest for outreach will be instrumental to our collective success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales: Engage with 50-100 patient prospects daily via phone and in-person, showcasing our plastic surgery and MedSpa offerings. Your week will be sales-centric, generating leads, and executing sales strategies.
  • Organization: Your aptitude for task management, integrity, and timely completion of duties will be key. Proficiency in medical software, such as PatientNOW or NexTech, is essential.
  • Positivity: Your upbeat, can-do attitude will be a beacon of light within our practice. We uphold a drama-free environment where teamwork is paramount.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree preferred, with 2-5+ years in high-caliber sales, ideally in cosmetic medicine or related fields. We value proven results over tenure.
  • Confidence in presenting and closing sales for high-value procedures is crucial, along with persuasive communication skills.
  • A fervent belief in the transformative power of cosmetic surgery and the ability to sell a luxury experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, a commitment to professionalism, and a passion for personal and team achievements are vital.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary ($40,000-55,000) with lucrative bonuses (potential of $20,000 to $40,000+ in the first year). Significant earning potential over time.
