Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to handle customer interactions in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or promote products/services.
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize and resolve customer issues.
- Ability to analyze situations, identify problems, and propose effective solutions.
- Experience in outbound calling and upselling is preferred but not required.
