Account Manager: Working closely with assigned Account Executive assisting in managing $1.7M book of business. Job tasks include handling customers general and underwriting questions, quoting and rating endorsements on accounts, completing necessary applications for insurance & completing all service requests, doing follow ups to ensure timely receipt of policies or changes to customers, processing renewals & remarkets as needed, issuing certificates of insurance , and overall assisting clients with making general insurance coverage changes to their policies for a busy agency that offers long-term growth potential to team members. Applicants MUST have a high comprehension level and the ability to fully focus and complete such tasks from beginning to end with accuracy.

Responsibilities
- Manage customer service requests and policy adjustments
- Explaining coverage details and assisting with claim questions
- Handling customers accounts and processing payments
- Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the companys reputation
- Working with assigned Account Executive to process changes in coverages or premium
- Working with insurance carriers to process request in a timely manner
Skills
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, or in other customer service role
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle high levels of incoming requests
- Problem solving skills and to be able to take initiative
- Drive to learn and expand your knowledge
- Enthusiastic and passionate
- P&C Commercial Lines Insurance experience
