JACKSONVILLE CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE RAM ARLINGTON is currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused , EXPERIENCED ONLY BDC Sales Consultant to join our sales team!! As a BDC S Your primary goal is to drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Duties```
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming leads and inquiries
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Eleads, to track and manage leads
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for business growth
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and campaigns to support business development efforts

```Requirements```
- Previous experience in account management, sales, or business development required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships
- Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34,832.56 - $65,000.00 per year
