Responsibilities:

• Greet and direct customers via phone and/or e-mail correspondence.
• Identify client needs by actively listening and asking valid questions to understand their sales needs.
• Ensure accurate information is consistently given to customers regarding items such as (but not limited to): product features, pricing, after-sales services, price comparisons, cross-selling, etc.
• Contact current (and prospective) clients through phone calls and emails to explain products, including new developments, and create sales opportunities.
• Build new relationships and strengthen existing relationships to create business partners that will be return-clients for years to come.
• Maintain working knowledge of all products we supply, being able to explain any aspect at a moments notice and develop an understanding of new products quickly.
• Make suggestions regarding current process and how these can be improved to increase accuracy, become automated or enhanced.
• Recommend certain products to clients based on their specific needs and desires, putting the satisfaction of our customers first.
• Utilize up selling techniques to increase the size of orders or encourage clients to try out other parts/products.
• Monitor developments in the market or learn of new technology in our specific equipment field.
• Complete administrative duties after each sale to track orders accurately.
• Respond to clients who contact our business, answering inquiries and providing information professionally and accurately.
• Become a key individual in the concept and hands-on build-out of company digital catalog.
• Provide customer feedback to Customer Service Supervisor on a consistent basis.
• Responsible for utilizing the company CRM system(s) successfully.
• Responsible for other miscellaneous projects assigned by management including, but not limited to the creation of after-market parts library.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships.
• Must have an aptitude to learn, understand and sell parts.
• One year minimum of working experience in customer service.
• Possess a solid process-driven mentality
• Capable of nurturing and building relationships.
• Must be a forward-thinker in a in a fast-paced environment.
• Technically savvy
• Strong desire to be part of a high-performance team

• High school degree required.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus
• Auto/truck parts experience a plus
• BS or BA degree a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
