Searching for a Bi-Lingual New Home Specialist for Residential New Construction Home Sales. We are a fast paced growing company, with sales exceeding our goals. Desired candidate will be able to work mid-morning to early evenings along with rotating weekends. Professional presentation with the ability to call and meet with potential customers in our sales center. Prior sales and new construction experience preferred, but willing to hire the right person to fit our company. Additional knowledge related to mortgage products and personal credit desirable but not required. Salary while training and commissions based upon sales volumes by month.

Responsibilities, Duties and Qualifications:

• Calling lead prospects to set appointments
• Ability to communicate and create a rapport with customer
• Strong Work Ethic - a "Go Get It" competitive attitude
• Willing to learn and be coached in the selling process
• Prior Real Estate Sales experience preferred
• Real Estate License is not required
• General Construction knowledge a plus
• Residential Mortgage knowledge a plus
• Prior proven sales performance a must
• Solid Computer and CRM Experience

Pay Frequency:

• Bi weekly or Twice monthly

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
