Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President of Sales to join our team. As the Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for implementing, leading, and managing our sales team, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B commercmail roofing sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Salary plus commission!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including insurance companies, property managers, contractors, and homeowners. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and increase revenue. This includes prospecting, networking, and participating in industry events to generate leads and foster partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience as a Vice President of Sales or similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of roofing sales, preferably in the [industry]

- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies

Pay: $84,549.45 - $140,000.00 per year
