Were hiring a Market Manager for our staffing operation in Indianapolis.

This is an excellent opportunity at a family-owned staffing business that is well established in the Midwest region.

What do Market Managers do?

• Meet with top level decision makers to present our staffing solutions.
• Daily cold calling, conducting in-person meetings with potential clients, and proposing constructive solutions to fit the clients wants/needs.
• Prospect new business and handle the complete sales process from cold call, to contract, to ongoing client development.
• Develop recruiting processes to ensure client satisfaction and an overall positive client experience.
• Provide leadership and guidance to our team through training and coaching. These training topics include cold calling techniques, articulating Minutemen Staffings competitive advantages / value propositions, and more.
• Grow the overall market share in Indianapolis and surrounding areas through staffing & recruiting excellence.

Qualifications of the Market Manager:

• Previous staffing experience is a plus.
• 1-3 years of B2B sales experience is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and make strategic decisions.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
