Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team at three senior living communities. As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales and marketing efforts to drive business growth. This is a leadership role that requires strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Duties:

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet company objectives

- Lead and manage sales

- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities

- Oversee the development of marketing materials, campaigns, and promotions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts

- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new growth opportunities

Experience:

- Proven experience in a sales or marketing role

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

- Solid understanding of business development principles and strategies

- Ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions

- Experience in outside sales and managing customer relationships

- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred

- Technical sales experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
