Looking for someone who is friendly, caring, sales minded, able to handle multiple tasks at one time & prioritize needs, proficient on computers and typing, detail oriented, and has strong conversational skills!

No insurance experience required, but preferred.

Our office hours are 9-5 with an hour lunch. Work weeks range from 35-40 hours, depending on work volume.

Our agency is a family owned business and we value our employees. We give ample PTO & paid holidays. We are closed for most national holidays and we close for a week at Christmas.

This position would include:

Customer service and client retention through:

Answering phones and helping clients in office

Posting payments and solving billing inquiries

Endorsements (changes)

Responding to lien holders & mortgagee requests
