Due to our out-of-the-box thinking and client growth, we are immediately hiring a Sales Support Assistant.

The Sales Support Assistant will focus on customer acquisition and customer retention. They will assist with organizing our sales team and report to the Executive Management team for additional support. The Sales Support Assistant will receive hands-on training on all customer acquisition, sales tactics, brand management strategies, and territory management. We provide all the essential tools to succeed professionally through compliance standards meetings, hands-on coaching, mentoring, and opportunities for career development. The ideal Sales Support Assistant will have exceptional communication skills, eagerness to exceed expectations, and a drive to help others.

Sales Support Assistant Responsibilities:

• Creating a monumental customer experience
• Customizing sales presentations to suit the customer's needs and highlight specific benefits of our products and services
• Meeting sales goals individually and as a team
• Nurture prospective customers by following up with high-quality referrals from existing clients and active listening to their needs
• Tracking sales activities and overall team performance to report results to the Executive Management team
• Develop and deliver informative sales presentations based on individual customer needs to maximize market share
• Participate in continuous training to increase qualified customer contacts, enhance relationships and advance the sales process

Sales Support Assistant Qualifications:

• Prior background as a Retail Associate, Customer Service Representative, Sales Representative, or similar position is preferred
• Above-average negotiation, consultation, and persuasion skills
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a track record of effectively communicating and disclosing crucial information
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Dedication to providing an excellent experience for all customers through a warm, curious, and friendly demeanor
• Must be able to commute to the office in Clearwater, FL daily

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Work Location: On the road
