We are an all-in-one property management system that provides hoteliers and short-term rental owners with the ability to boost their revenue with direct reservations. Properties across the country pay high rates of fees and commissions to operate, and Guestroom Genie has been providing customers with the ability to increase their web traffic and direct bookings, manage their OTA channels, have commission-free bookings, and access real-time reporting and much more. The Guestroom Genie application is a cloud-based system that manages all of the above with access to immediate support right here within the United States.

About you:
You will be a self-starter, capable of managing your own lead database of prospects to promote Guestroom Genies portfolio of services. A polite well mannered and tenacious individual with a can do will do approach to delivering true value to our customers. A proven sales-professional that is highly adaptable to a variety of technology platforms.
This position pays a base salary + 30% commission and 100% company paid health insurance.
Responsibilities: Essential duties
- Set appointments for virtual and in-person demonstrations.
- Demonstrate our product to new prospective clients.
- Calling prospects with a view to presenting our services and closing sales.
- Assist with onboarding new customers.
- Prospect new clients and conduct sales presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain customer relationships.
Experience and Education Requirements
- Knowledge of Website and Property Management Systems for the Hospitality Industry is a plus.
Experience in a professional environment sales role highly preferred.
- Motivated, self-starters with the desire to learn and grow within the organization.
- Must be able to communicate professionally and effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Carry out other related tasks as required or assigned.
- Previous sales experience preferred.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
