What You'll Do

• Communicate unexpected increases or decreases in demands for product to production
• Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing satisfaction and resolve complaints
• Educate customers about product features
• Fill request for product and company related information
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Maintain proficiency in using personal computer, including company software, SAP and Microsoft Office
• Obtain accurate information relating to shipment dates and expected dates of delivery
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Present a professional image at all times to customers, both in person and over the phone
• Process all customer transactions accurately and timely including sales orders, inquiries, quotes or returns
• Support field sales efforts as necessary
• Other duties as assigned

What You'll Need

• 1 -5 years experience in an inside sales office environment
• Demonstrated ability to handle difficult customers with diplomacy and tact
• Effective listening and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Negotiation and phone skills
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Team player but can work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
