Responsibilities:
- Market and sell personal, business and commercial insurance products to potential clients
- Conduct client reviews to retain existing business and determine appropriate coverage options
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Educate clients on insurance policies, coverage limits, and exclusions
- Assist clients with claims processing and follow-up as needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Experience:
- Must have at least 3 years of insurance sales, preferably across all lines of business.

- Must have active Illinois property & casualty license.

Skills:
- Strong insurance sales history
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
