Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our memberships to potential customers. This is a great opportunity for someone with a sales background and a passion for fitness.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential customers in the designated market

- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences

- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

- Develop and implement sales process within target area

- Present benefits of membership to increase free trial members

- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure sales conversion of trial to contract memberships

- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis

- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitors

Experience:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in member based sales

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Fluency in Spanish is a plus

- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and identify business development opportunities

- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
