Responsibilities:

• Engage with leads and walk-in customers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Provide accurate and timely quotations based on customer specifications and company pricing guidelines.
• Conduct in-depth consultations to determine the optimal design, size, and features of steel buildings to meet customer needs.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations that highlight the benefits and unique selling points of our steel structures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including design, engineering, and project management, to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the steel building or construction industry.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
• Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
• Familiarity with construction drawings and specifications is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally, as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
