Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. Your primary focus will be on selling our technology products to customers in the market. Duties: - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the market - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients - Present product demonstrations and provide solutions to meet customer requirements - Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify areas for improvement - Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation - Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis Requirements: - Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the technology industry - Strong ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Excellent negotiation and communication skills - Proficiency in Spanish is a plus - Ability to manage accounts effectively and provide exceptional customer service - Demonstrated business development skills, including lead generation and prospecting - Self-motivated with a strong drive for results - Ability to work independently and as part of a team We offer competitive compensation packages, including base salary plus commission, as well as benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
