Janitorial Account Manager
Hours: open availability from X-X and other time as needed
Location: Chattanooga, TN Area
The Janitorial Account Manager will be directly responsible for customer satisfaction, account retention, and strong employee relations.

• Work scheduling of all account personnel.
• Establishing work standards.
• Conducting site evaluations/audits.
• Overall inventory/equipment usage.
• Budget control.
• Troubleshooting/problem-solving.
• Orientation/training of supervisory.
• Support personnel.
• Safety compliance.
• Customer relations.
• Special project work as requested.

What we're looking for:

• 3 + years experience in a supervisory or higher capacity
• 4-year degree preferred
• Knowledge of Google Drive and Google suite programs (Similar to Microsoft Office programs).
• Excellent people and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated experience in coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team.
• Knowledge of human resource policies and practices in regard to managing people.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record
