Junior E-Commerce Account Manager

Designers Fountain is a long-established and successful manufacturer of quality residential and commercial lighting products with 1,800+ SKU product portfolio and selling through multi-channels (home center, E-Commerce, showroom, MRO and Electrical Distributors). • Responsible for Growing the Business
• Grow new sales opportunities and establish/maintain sales incentive programs.
• Determine the effectiveness of programs, promotions, additional content enrichment by performing appropriate pre/post analysis.
• Monitor and analyze sales levels versus prior periods by using each accounts unique sales portal and reporting system.
• Manage respective accounts current catalog by ensuring all approved products are onboarded with best-in-class PIPs.
• Account Relationship Management
• Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with key E-Commerce accounts and internal sales reps.
• Become the expert of assigned account concessions and annual terms.
• Submit appropriate CMAs for all customer concessions and terms.
• Internal Cross Functional Leadership
• Take the initiative to ensure account meets customer scorecards by managing entire project life cycles and collaborating with all departments.
• Work with Accounting, Credit, Customer Service, and Warehouse for financial aspects of E-Commerce customer disputes to optimize scorecards; tasks include logging and submitting CMA and DMAs.
• Interface with Product Development and Marketing to add or update product and customer databases for marketing copy, images and video content.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Quoting, Warehouse, Product Development, and Marketing for correct inventory, shipping, forecast, compliancy, new programs/customers and promotions.
• Financial Management Reporting
• Build sales performance review and annual forecasting for budgeting purposes.
• Drive ad hoc analysis for sales growth and special reporting.

• Bachelors degree in an applicable field of study OR equivalent professional experience
• Technically proficient with Excel (e.g. lookup, pivot table)
• Experience with E-Commerce account portals such as Amazon, Wayfair, [please apply online] [please apply online] etc.
• Understand Digital Marketing Skills i.e. SEO, A/B testing
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Experience directly managing major E-Commerce accounts such as Amazon, Wayfair, [please apply online] [please apply online] Build, Bellacor, Lamps Plus, etc.
• Home/consumer products background
• Possess Graphic Skills (Adobe Photoshop, Bridge) or willingness to learn
• Possess writing, verbal, and analytical skills such as copy writing
• Some familiarity with lighting products (Decorative, Commercial and/or Fans)

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
