Full description of the position

We are looking to fill the immediate position of Full time Sales Associate for our Loxley and Foley locations.

Duties will include :

• Total operations of a fresh seafood retail market.
• Maintaining safety and food quality standards
• Ensuring all end of day cash outs are correctly completed
• Coordinating daily front- and back-of-house operations
• Production and execution of our over 40 year old recipes.
• Appraising staff performance
• Managing inventory so that all necessary ingredients are stocked for service
• Setting regular cleaning standards for the kitchen and verifying that staff is maintaining cleaning protocols.
• Hiring and training new hires.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
