Our Appointment Scheduler will enjoy talking to customers on the phone about their upcoming projects and desired home improvements while taking their information and turning it into an appointment for our sales team. Youll be the first line of communication and start of their long relationship with our company allowing you to pave the way for success. Youll take and set up appointments, distribute lead sheets and appointment schedules for the sales team, as well as work hand-in-hand with the rest of the Appointment Scheduling Team catering to customer needs and sales team support.

Objectives of this role:

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Ability to excel at organization, being personable, and setting quality appointments

Accurately set appointments that put our sales team in the best position to convert the appointment to a Newman Windows and Doors customer

• Ask qualifying questions to locate the needs of the customer
• Efficiently command calls while obtaining the needed information for the appointment
• Accurately display and distribute obtained information to the Sales Team for attending their designated appointments with a well set-up understanding of the customers need
• Build value and rapport with leads as part of the front line communication to ensure a path for Newman Windows and Doors to successfully WOW with World Class Experiences

Responsibilities

Primary:

• Identify customer needs, set appointments, and distribute lead and appointment sheets daily
• Support Sales Team and Appointment Setting Department in preparing necessary documents and retrieving information for appointments or calls
• Daily confirmations calls for next days appointments to ensure customers will be present
• Outbound calling to prior appointments for increased appointment to sale conversion
• Outbound calling to various types of leads for lead to appointment conversion

Support:

• Field overflow inbound calls and assess accurate point of contact for immediate and warm transfer
• Prepare concise and accurate supporting documents and notes for calls that require further explanation or service
• Periodically cover front desk, and associated duties ,

Required skills and qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with excel, reporting databases, QB, software, and CRM
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Desire to grow and be teachable

Preferred skills and qualifications

• 1 year experience with excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
