Infinity Real Estate & Management Group is now hiring a Full Time Leasing Agent based out of our Rochester, MN office. Infinity is a full service real estate brokerage working with buyers and sellers on the real estate side of the business, and tenants & landlords on the management side of the business. The Leasing Agent position serves the management side of the business, but there are certainly opportunities to grow on the real estate side of the business as well!

The Leasing Agent is responsible for showing rental properties to prospective tenants, assisting customers with the application process, conducting move in and move out inspections, and other tasks related to the management side of the business as required by the company.

This position offers significant room for growth within our company to be promoted to Property Manager or Administration positions.

Compensation for this position is a choice of Base+Commission or Salary.

Hours are generally 9am-6pm with 2 Saturdays per month. You would typically flex your working Saturday with a day off the previous or following week. Must be able to at least share these time responsibilities with our other Leasing Agent

Applicant MUST meet the following minimum requirements:

-Minimum 2 years of sales or direct customer service experience

OR

-Minimum 1 year of sales or direct customer service experience plus a 2/4 year degree in a business-related field

-Must have a spotless driving record

-Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

-Must be self-motivated and driven individual

Experience in real estate or property management is a bonus
