Role Summary: The Manager is responsible for creating and overseeing top-of-funnel content to raise awareness and consideration for the Sedia Systems brand. Reporting Structure: This position reports to the Marketing Manager and plays a key role in leading the ABM team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Brand Content Strategy & Planning:
- Utilize Account Based Marketing (ABM) techniques, leveraging ZoomInfo, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Construct Connect and other technologies to improve the quality of top-of-funnel leads.
- Develop and execute new content campaigns and channels for ABM strategies.
- Create a global content strategy for the brand in alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with the CEO, Marketing Manager and Creative Agency to ensure a cohesive content strategy.
- Identify opportunities for content at different stages of the customer journey.
- Work with outside SEO agency on organic social media strategy and management.
- Brand Content Development & Execution:
- Collaborate with Marketing Manager to plan and execute the content calendar.
- Manage content creation from ideation to publication.
- Promote brand content in line with organizational priorities and KPIs.
- Plan content using an agile process and across various channels.
- Collaborate with Global Sales, Marketing and Management Team for content support in campaigns, tradeshows, events, etc.
- Ensure SEO strategy aligns with content production.
- Maintain adherence to Sedia Systems brand standards.
- Processes & Workflow Management:
- Establish content planning and production processes in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
- Manage content production workflow, deadlines, and budgets.
- Analyze content performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Work with Marketing Manager to assign work to freelancers and agencies.
- Manage aspects of the Brand Marketing budget.
- Team Development & Management:
- Interviews and hires qualified ABM talent.
- Prioritize team development and growth for ABM direct reports.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback on ABM Team.
- Foster creativity and quality work.
Requirements: The ideal candidate should possess a range of skills and qualifications, including:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing.
- Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Hubspot, 6sense, Qualified, ZoomInfo, Chat, etc.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Expertise in content planning processes and tools.
- Experience in developing editorial and branded content for various platforms.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to identify and provide constructive feedback to writers and creative agencies.
- Exceptional project management skills.
- Effective prioritization and multitasking abilities.
- Experience working independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Capability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
