We are looking for a Top-performing Call Center Rep to join our team.

We generate leads and set up appointments for RECRUITERS.

We are a marketing company that specializes in helping Insurance Co's and Brokerages find and recruit licensed insurance agents. The insurance industry is very stable and is expanding. We offer an un-corporate environment where team members are treated like family.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calls, in volume, to agencies/advisories.
• Engage insurance agents or financial advisors professionally
• Identify customers needs, clarify information, and set up appointments
• Keep records of all conversations in our system
• Set a great example for the team, bring positivity and A-game to work
• Meet production quotas and quality control targets

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a base and bonuses. Compensation potential goes between $37K to $50K a year. For those exemplary employees who like helping others and can train others there is room for promotions and expansion.

A ninety-day waiting period applies for Benefits.

Pay: $37,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
