We are seeking a full-time proven Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Buda, TX.
The SDR is a key role on the front end of our sales cycle, and will prospect for leads, make cold calls, send emails, engage in social selling, and qualify potential customers. The role includes collaborating with the sales team, attend meetings, and continuously refine outreach strategies to generate qualified opportunities for the sales pipeline. The SDR will further develop this role based on prior experience.
By combining personalized outreach, a strong value proposition, and a consultative approach, the SDR can effectively drive interest and qualify leads for Whooster Data Division in both business and government segments.
This role can potentially grow into a sales (Account Executive) role.
The SDR selling Whooster Data to both businesses and government entities will follow a strategic plan:
1. Handle all incoming leads (currently averaging 3 per day) as well as those coming from our trade show participation (average 2 dozen per year)
1.1 Make first contact qualify and then assign the lead to SMA or Enterprise team members.
2. Customized Outreach to existing leads (over 10,000+) in Whooster Database Prospects and Free Trial Ended
2.1 Craft personalized and compelling messages tailored to the specific challenges faced by businesses and government agencies.
2.2 Utilize multiple channels, including email, phone calls, and social media, to reach key decision-makers.
2.3 Value Proposition
2.3.1 Clearly articulate the unique value proposition of Whooster Data, emphasizing how it addresses the specific needs of businesses and government organizations.
2.3.2 Highlight the potential for increased efficiency, cost savings, and improved outcomes.
3. Education and Consultative Selling:
3.1 The SDR will act as a consultant, offering insights into industry trends and challenges and provide educational content and resources to demonstrate the expertise and value Whooster Data brings.
4. Establish Trust
4.1 Build trust by showcasing successful case studies and testimonials from similar businesses and government agencies.
5. Collaborate with Sales Team:
5.1 Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
5.2 Provide detailed and accurate information on leads to facilitate the sales process.
6. Consistent Follow-Up:
6.1 Implement a consistent follow-up strategy to nurture leads and address any additional questions or concerns.
6.2 Be persistent in maintaining communication while respecting the prospects preferences.
7. Adaptation and Continuous Improvement:
7.1 Stay informed about industry changes, competitor offerings, and client feedback.
7.2 Continuously refine outreach strategies based on performance metrics and feedback from interactions.
8. Maintain detailed records of interactions, ensuring data accuracy and privacy.
9. Metrics and Reporting:
9.1 Regularly track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, response rates, and pipeline contribution.
9.2 Utilize Hubspot to track leads and maintain appropriate details on leads and trial conversions.
Experience Required:
2-3 years of Sales Development experience in a SaaS technology organization
Experience in Customer Success and helping SaaS customers optimize product use.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
