Position Requirements
Customer Service / Sales Experience Required
Strong sales skillsexperience exceeding sales goals is a plus!
Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Job Details:
This role is perfect for someone who excels in inside sales and follow-ups. As part of our team, you'll handle inbound customer service calls, follow up with potential customers, and have a fantastic opportunity to earn commissions by closing sales.

Handle inbound customer service calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Follow up with leads and potential customers to convert them into sales.
Schedule appointments and services efficiently, ensuring customer needs are met promptly.
Provide detailed information about our services and memberships to potential customers.
Utilize persuasive sales techniques to close sales and upsell additional services.
Track and document calls, sales, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed customer service standards.
Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions that enhance their experience.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products, services, and sales techniques.
