After a record setting Q1, the Aflac Regional Office in Sioux Falls is seeking an additional Benefits Specialist to help our team continue to service our customer base and expand our client base as Sioux Falls continues to grow.

Requirements:

• Represent our clients and educate their employees on all manor of insurance benefits available to them at work.
• Enroll employees in their benefits at point of hire and annually during Open Enrollment.
• Keep our clients briefed on new product offerings and technological solutions to help strengthen our relationships.
• Seek out and grow new business relationships through networking, research, cold calling, and referal marketing
• Set, prepare, and deliver needs based and solution-driven presentations to business owners, business managers, and human resources executives.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and policyholders.

Preferred Experience or background:

• Educators
• Realtors
• Past business ownership/entrepreneureal ambitions
• Territory sales/Relationship Manager

Education:

• Prefer an Associates or Bachelor's Degree, but will entertain all applicants who possess the qualities we are looking for. Your personality and people skills mean more to us than your experience or education.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
