Level IV Program Manager

Salary range $110K-140K DOE

Sales Operations Program Manager

• Responsible for optimizing and documenting the process flow
• Maintaining spare parts stock
• Manage movement of product from receiving to refurb cage to shipping
• Support for refurb techs
• Create MCOs to initiate work process
• Interface with customer for conflict resolution and business updates, collaborate with RMA team to manage orders, product 5-10 monthly reports
• Provide monthly invoice statements, track internal costs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
