Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Create and maintain property listings on various platforms
- Coordinate property showings and open houses
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale agreements
- Prepare and review documents such as purchase agreements, and closing statements
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and changes in regulations
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as lenders, and inspectors

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
- Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and procedures
- Proficiency in using real estate software and tools for property listing management
- Ability to analyze market data and trends to provide accurate pricing recommendations
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in contracts, documents, and financial calculations

Pay: $118,765.00 - $135,335.00 per year
